VahanSetu Refund Policy

This policy outlines the cancellation and refund rules governing software subscriptions and services for VahanSetu, operated by RPS CAR HO YA BIKE LLP.
1. SaaS Software Subscription Policy
VahanSetu provides commercial business-to-business (B2B) digital utilities on a subscription basis. Unless an explicit trial period has been granted, the Company maintains a strict "No Refund" and "No Cancellation" policy once software access has been provisioned. 2. Discretionary Exception Cases
In exceptional circumstances, such as verified duplicate charges or technical activation failures caused by our systems, management reserves the right to review refund applications. Approved refunds will be processed without interest within 7 to 10 working days back to the original payment source.
3. Absolute Exclusion: Vehicle Auctions & Dealership Trades
No Vehicle Financial Custody: VahanSetu is strictly a communications and deal-management software utility. We do not collect, process, or hold payments for vehicles bought, sold, or auctioned through the application.
Peer-to-Peer Transactions: Any token amounts, advance deposits, purchase payments, or price negotiations occur strictly outside the platform between transacting parties. RPS CAR HO YA BIKE LLP bears no responsibility, liability, or involvement in vehicle refund disputes, payment cancellations, or commercial defaults between dealers and brokers.
